Customised health data are transferred to a cloud-based analytic platform that will identify critical results, analyse and evaluate them.  An automated real-time alert will be sent to our client and designated carer or family member when there is any serious abnormality. Regular reports and measurement trends are generated for client’s healthcare needs planning.

Unlike other self-health monitoring app with the results and decision-making ending with the client or carer, DrPOM professional team will contact our clients to verify abnormal findings, follow-up on clients’ health and chronic medical conditions on a regular basis and coordinate to initiate prompt management when necessary, in partnership with the client, carer and their doctor.
