Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to our remote health monitoring service at any time.  If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fees you have paid.

After the first 30 days, you can still cancel your subscription, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining  time of your subscription.  Your service will simply be terminated on the date of you next payment would have been due.

 

Defective or Non-functioning Equipment

If any of the equipment and devices we provide to you as part of the service is found to be defective or not functioning properly, we will replace the equipment at no additional cost to you.  Please contact our customer support team if you experience any issue with the equipment.

 

Exceptions

Refund will not be provided in cases of subscription cancellation or equipment issues that are due to;

  • Client’s own misuse or negligence of the equipment
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, or other external factors
  • Client’s failure to properly maintain or care for the equipment
